The directors have agreed that the following are required for a newbie to be a bonafide Club X member:

1. You should have an X-trail (modified or stock) Applicable for male and female.

2. For males, You should at least attend 3 mini ebs or 1 general meeting . For females 6 mini ebs or 2 general meeting. The attendance of the said event will be checked by one of the officers.

3. For males, You should join 1 fun run. For females, in case she would be able to participate in the fun run, then the requirements for males will be applied to her. (General meetings is done every quarter)

After the abovementioned requirements are accomplished, you will then be given an assigned X code and given a status as a regular Club X member along with the Club's sticker and other items. In addition to this, a monthly fee of 100 will be collected from the members as part of the internal funds for the group which will be used in case of emergency.
